COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric SM10-120 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Milacron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the TVMIQX6002200100U000T000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the V12 manufactured by Milacron and we are pleased to be able to service most Milacron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT3W4M by Manufacturer Keyence as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vorne Brand XL4004D4TX3015 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Honeywell such as W936 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available X20CP0292 made by Br as well as the popular VK45 original spares produced by Hitachi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WCS3BLS310Y244234 by Pepperl--Fuchs and W936 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Z50022300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mge-Ups-Systems. |
